Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: January 25, 2026
Thanks for visiting www.wallyjournal.com. Look, we’ve tried to write these terms without all the usual corporate jargon. Using the site means you’re agreeing to these rules. If that doesn’t work for you, no hard feelings.
The Agreement
Nobody reads these things—we know that. But when you browse articles, subscribe to newsletters, comment on stories, use www.wallyeditingservice.com, or try Wally Tools, you’re accepting these terms. Simple as that.
Using the Site
Wally Journal covers US news, economy, world events, business, tech (AI, mobile, social media), lifestyle (education, health, travel, food, home), environment, sports, entertainment, celebrities, autos—basically everything. Our editing service and tools are also available through the site.
Read whatever you want. Share articles. That’s fine for personal use. What’s not okay: posting illegal content, hacking attempts, spreading malware, bot scraping, spamming. Cross those lines and we’ll cut off your access, possibly take legal action.
Content Ownership
Our journalists spend real time reporting these stories. Every article, photo, video, and analysis belongs to us or our licensed partners. Copyright law protects this work.
Feel free to share articles using our social buttons. Citing our work elsewhere? Keep quotes under 300 words with proper attribution. Don’t republish entire pieces, sell our content, or scrape the site systematically. Need to license something? Just ask—we’re open to conversations about broader use.
Comments and User Content
When you comment or send feedback, you’re letting us publish and display that content. Make sure it’s yours and doesn’t violate anyone’s rights.
We want actual discussion here. Disagree all you want, but keep it civil. No hate speech, threats, spam, or wildly off-topic stuff. We’ll remove content that crosses boundaries and ban repeat offenders. We don’t pre-screen comments and aren’t responsible for what users post.
External Links and Services
We link to other websites and use Google AdSense, Google Analytics, and social media integrations. Once you click away from our site, their rules apply. We can’t control what happens on external platforms. Check our Privacy Policy for details on third-party data collection.
Connected Services
Wally Editing Service (www.wallyeditingservice.com) and Wally Tools follow these same terms, plus their own specific guidelines. Information may be shared between platforms as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
Our Journalism
We fact-check and maintain editorial standards. But news changes fast—what’s true at publication might develop or shift. We update stories as situations evolve. Can’t guarantee perfection; we’re humans covering a complex world.
Opinion pieces are marked as such. They’re individual viewpoints, not necessarily Wally Journal’s position.
When we cover health, finance, or legal topics, that’s information—not advice. We’re reporters, not doctors or financial advisors or lawyers. Consult actual professionals for your specific situation.
Privacy and Data
We collect some data about how you use the site. Our Privacy Policy explains what, why, and your rights regarding that information. We implement security measures, though nothing online is completely secure.
Wally Journal isn’t for kids under 14. We don’t knowingly collect their information. Parents who discover we have their child’s data should contact us immediately for deletion.
Liability Limits
We provide Wally Journal as-is. To the extent laws allow, we’re not liable for issues arising from site use—whether that’s information that changes, data loss, or service interruptions. Servers crash sometimes. Information gets updated. That’s reality.
If you violate these terms or infringe others’ rights while using our platform, you’re responsible for any resulting legal costs or damages.
Changes to Terms
We might update these terms when laws change or features get added. The “Last Updated” date will reflect revisions. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use means you accept the updates.
The site itself might change too—new features, removed sections, whatever makes sense for running this platform.
Governing Law
These terms follow laws in the jurisdiction where Wally Journal operates. Disputes get resolved through appropriate legal channels. If courts find one provision unenforceable, the rest remains valid.
